Where would you even get wheatgrass enemas? What was the truth of Ann Wigmore's death? I read that she died from smoke inhalation but there are conspiracies surrounding her death?

I guess if you are growing wheatgrass, making enemas from it may not be complicated. There conspiracies in every thing but I think she died f smoke inhalation as was reported. Flora Van Orden who knew her at that time said the same thing.

What about the home colonic board? [www.homecolonic.com]
Cheaper than the professional administered colonics which will run you about 80 dollars per session.

If you schedule a set of multiple sessions, they are usually significantly cheaper than if you do it one by one. For example, where I'm planning to go in the future offers one session for $65, but six for $350. Individually, those six would otherwise cost $390. So that's $40 saved, which isn't a huge amount but three per month (for 2 months) for $350 done by a professional who knows how to administer certain elimination techniques during the process isn't so bad. I guess it depends on how much you value colon hydrotherapy and overall cleansing and its effect on your health. Many people would rather use that money to buy electronics or clothes or collectibles of some sort or "insert product here", which is fine, but me personally I want to purify as much as possible for both health and spiritual reasons.

Yes John is a great contributor. He provides good insight and great reference.
I will get a home colonic system and for regular use and buy one session per month with the professionals.

I should have also said that I am a believer in colon hydro therapy of course but don't believe the John Wayne quote.

Also, another thanks to John Rose for putting it all into perspective as I was wanting to say the same thing but probably not as well as John, kudos John.

You get wheat-grass enemas by juicing it then putting it into a bulb syringe and implanting rectally. It is not called an enema though it is called an implant, and is to be retained in some cases. If you are toxic, acidic, infested with pathogens etc. you will feel the need to evacuate shortly after implanting. IMO a healthy person will be able to just soak it up AND really utilize it even better.

How long should one try to hold it in and how much wheatgrass juice?

You can hold for up to fifteen minutes this is long enough for it to absorb/assimilate. You don't have to hold it like I said above but is very good for you either way. I believe I heard Anna Maria at HHI say to just release it if you feel a strong need to evacuate you bowels. 4oz. is usually the standard. A six ounce bulb syringe is best for a four ounce implant. You should get yourself a cheap or expensive enema bucket if you are going to order some stuff. The expensive ones are pretty pricey and made of stainless steel usually.

It was true, the autopsy report found 40 pounds of waste in his intestine.
Elvis Presley had 60 pounds.
Where do you think all the foods we eat go if it cannot come out.

I documented 45 pounds of CRAP that came out of me on my 90 Juice Fast/Feast and I lost 20 pounds on the scale and I only had 5.8% Body Fat. So when I lost this 20 pound Cesspool, it was very obvious to me because I saw my 31 inch waist shrink to 28 inches and my 41 inch chest remained the same!

Peace and Love..........John

I agree with Prana.

But I did do some sessions. I took 4 sessions in a row in one week. My colon hydrotherapist gave me a Course in MIracles book and invited me for ginger tea to her house too. It was pleasant. Nothing really unusual came out of me. No plaque, nothing gooey hard. Sometimes when we eat crap our @#$%& does indeed look like clay.

But I agree with Prana, that if you do those cleanses, which I did one for $295 what comes out that is rubber like, is the clay itself. Its hidden in the ingredients. Then they say oh the clay just sticks to your plaque, but I never seen anything like that.

I have seen photos of autopsies, of fat people and their intestines are giant and filled with @#$%&. But if that @#$%& has been there for years or just the new @#$%&, I do not know.

It is not an unpleasant experience. Water up your butt and a stomach massage. There is a grain of truth in everything. But people take that grain and add their own woo woo. And that is what makes us all special.

My rings didn't fall off and I did not feel energized except for the cool water.

I also had a raw vegan guy give me one on a first date. THat is when I first saw the book 80 10 10 on his bookshelf and was reading it while the colonic was being done. Just @#$%& came out too. No rubber, mucoid and the guy was paying attention.

But what do I know right?

I just have yet to experience some @#$%&, like Shazzie's reports that worms came out of her, but looking at her photos, not so sure, but could be.

Thanks for bringing this up. I may think about it again one day.

Massages are great too, at the mall. Its therapy. It can bring up lots of stuff for lots of people. Healing. I Heal incredibly every massage session.

How do explain that dark stools are coming out after many days on a water fast.

It is not always the clay itself.

Just look around people walking with protruding bellies.

It is not just water or gas inside.

RawPracticalist, I always wonder about those big belly's out there too.

John Rose Quote:
About 10 years ago I was coaching a Gastroenterologist and when I asked him about his Bowel Movements on Day 21, he said that he had the biggest Bowel Movement of his life and then, he asked me, where is this stuff coming from? I said, you tell me, you’re the expert. Unfortunately, this doctor was NOT like any of the other doctors I’ve coached who really wanted to learn from me and was only working with me because his son was concerned for his dad and insisted that he worked with me.

OMG Doctors are idiots, and it is very sad that Gastroenterologist in particular are so ignorant as this is where we need the most help imo. I have very severe GI issues due to an accident etc. and they are completely lost as to what I am telling them. Every test I have ever done has shown exactly what I am telling them and still they won't help me? They are real good at generating income and that is about it. In fact I have never met more ignorant doctors than the Gastroenterologist. You would think...with that long prestigious name they would be the guru's of the medical industry lol. Gastroenterologist OMG sometimes I can't even remember how to spell it!

The protruding bellies are from fat deposit.
People just eat way tooooooooo much and do not exercise.
Cakes, doughnut, pizzas, breads, pastas, meat.........

<<<The protruding bellies are from fat deposit.>>>

Here is what another doctor said about Rich Anderson in his book, “Cleanse and Purify Thyself - Book Two”:

“‘I have spent nearly twelve years working in the field of post-mortem diagnosis. I have seen many thousands of dissected cadavers. I have seen thousands of colons and intestinal tracts of all types of people and I want all of you here tonight to know that Rich Anderson is telling you the absolute truth. Everybody has it in there. We have a way of attaching a hose to the upper intestines and with the aid of powerful chemicals, we literally blow that “stuff” right out of the intestines. I have seen the heavy “beer belly” and so-called fat people lose all that bulk in five minutes. It wasn’t fat. It was the mucoid layers that Rich is talking about and in that filthy substance were all sorts of worms, bacteria, fungi, and many unidentifiable things. It is almost unbelievable that people can live with that filth in them. All these people were dead, of course, and it wasn’t hard to see why. You had better listen to what Rich is saying, and if you follow his program, you will certainly be glad you did.’” pp. 57-58

The amazing thing is the degree of tolerance the creator has given our body.
We put it thru all kinds of miseries, abuse, and yet it keeps workings.
