more nonsense from Temp, with a link to his site.

My diet and way of life exists and you have yet to disprove anything.

if you meant by your statement "way of eating proven" that the way of eating is proven to be healthy/healthful and you of course left out the words, then you are also of course incorrrect, once again, because i have used nutritional trackers. thanks ! have a great day!

it's funny, too, that you associate me with 30BAD and 80/10/10, when I have been advocating eating more fat percentage than that for years.

But i wouldn't expect with your dogma that you would be able to remember something i have repeated at least 15 times.

It is so strange to see some one so committed to finding what is wrong with other people diet instead of focusing on their own diet.

If your diet is so good and so healthy just enjoy it and leave others alone.

Maybe you should do some research. Here's a copy of something I posted a few pages back to give you a clue on where to start your research...

I should have mentioned that the body does need dietary carbon to do this with, though, so breatharians will be unable the escape deathly problems.

If you do some research you will find cholesterol is not just made in the liver, for instance, for one thing.

You obviously can't see very far then if you can't make the distinction of what not eating and not drinking more than your saliva and eating and drinking more than your own saliva would have on heath.

As you know there is no research on any diets which uses raw oils much less a diet which was only announced a year ago. Why are you cracking to pieces and becoming what you profess to hate here in public if your diet is working for you?

My high fat diet keeps me really calm. You might like it and benefit even though it's risky and unproved. It's nice not to emotionally disintegrate like you seem to be doing. I think you'd do well with a raw vegan oil change if you can muster up the courage to dare try doing something new without a net. You could quit it at anytime if you got scared you know.

Not so much ahead of myself as not being clear enough, and beating around the bush, that I think YOU seem to be in a perpetual high stress state and that it's not because of other reasons that YOU are always finding yourself in need of replenishing yourself with other animal's cholesterol. I think you could benefit in calming yourself by replacing eating meat with raw oils and getting your B12 naturally from vegan sources like I and several others do. That's all.

I mean i have never been here or done this for the thanks or the ego.

But look at this post and what i went to the bother of personally writing, for not an acknowledgement in return lol. Theres more substance in that post, than what probably comes out Doug Grahams mouth in a year.

maybe it scared them off and is aload of crap, but then why come on the forum in the first place asking for advice.

and trust me if anyone thinks linking to my blog or such brings anything magical from here, less than 10 people visit my site from here daily according to stats lol. Most days im lucky if its 5 visitors and thats with linking up articles at times, so i must be crap.

Who cares, i was never trying to claim to be anything anyway, my first words were im not qualified and not a professional. I just liked talking about health and felt i might have had tid bits of info that could help some individuals, due to my own past health problems.

You've got to learn to let things go or this world will get to you - not just the internet world. We've all learned from others before us who gave thanklessly because it was the right thing for them to do. We have to do the same. Expect nothing and brush everything off and you'll be fine. If you can't let things go and forgive people nothing else you do for your health will matter enough. Resilience is key. If someplace or someone or something is killing you get the hell out.

this is one of the greatest posts ever.

so because you have bad grammar and are inpatient and have been making forum posts or on 100 different forums for 4 years, you need to eat meat. lol

I don't think you need meat because you post here.

It was in reply to this post of yours, thats how i took it. That being part of this "high stress" state being on the forum, was why i needed to replenish myself with cholesterol or animal foods. Which is how i took your post, being that we were just talking about me leaving the forum because of it.

Who cares anyway, only utopian life or fresh would have been pedantic enough to pull it up. I wasn't offended by your observations was just making a joke in return if that was the case, that no wonder there's nobody on the forum.

Clearly my jokes are as bad as my articles lol.

I'm really confused about your interpretations of my posts, I've got to say, and who some of your posts are directed at. After doing some rereading I'm now wondering if your tirade on how few hits you get on your website from here had to do with maybe you're misunderstanding/personalizing of my post about kawan's post. This one...

"Oh just great. Another breatharian believer pops in on the raw foods website to laugh at us raw food eaters and peddle her business's products, websites, and social media address. Un-effing-believable marketing tactic. Epic fail."

If that's the case it never occurred to me that people who had their blog address in their posts would think I was talking about them. I was talking specifically about venders selling their store's wares here. I am sure that just normal people with their blogs in their posts aren't doing that to drum up business. I doubt anyone here, besides durian rider, of course, comes here just for hits.

Sometimes I think john rose must be working for the meat industry he's such a turnoff.

It used to bother me that I don't know anyone in real life who is raw vegan but now I thank my lucky stars that I don't.

Last Saturday a woman told me she had heard that I was vegan and introduced herself to me as having been vegan for the last year and a half. I told her I didn't believer her because she didn't seem crazy enough yet. She laughed and told me she knew what I meant and that she cheats a lot. Lol.

crazy is just someone you don't agree with

calling someone crazy is often just a way to elevate your ego, although the ego can't see that of course. you paying attention suez?

***********I guess i have to accept responsibility that i deserve to be insuled because i have a different view that now isn't in line with the forum,
***********

well, people tried to tell you this a million times.
you didn't listen because you have other needs that you think are more important.
(A) and you can't understand how disruptive it is to constantly question this or that nutrient in a negative manner.

>but i was also vegan once myself. Then i think to myself, the fact that we still can't be civil whilst having antagonistic views on diet whether its high fat raw or sproutarian, is just immature and a waste of time.

only because of (A) above

hahahahaha

We get two personalities with temp: the "all I do is try to help, feel sorry for me, i'm a nice guy and don't deserve this, i get a million PMs per day i'm so popular"

and the "raw vegan is a fad, doesn't work, vegans are crazy, i can't stand anyone on this forum, and other insults and memes"

i can't figure out which one is going to finally leave this forum or if we'll get one or both personalities back. i hope not. the "i'm leaving, this is my last post" crap is really tiresome.

Lord, you're such an insufferably boorish little sniveling effete snob of a monster it's almost beyond belief. And not a fresh thing to offer this forum, ever, that I can recall, in all the time I've been reading here.

raw gurus don't "claim " to be experts.
they find something that works and want to share it.
something illegal with that?

>Why shouldn't the Doug Grahams of the world, have there diets questioned nutritionally and from a scientific point of view ?

have you ever run your own discussion group for free?
how much time and energy have you invested?
why should he answer the "veganism" is no good questions over and over?
he feels what he's doing works and is valid and his board is a support group, not a scientific debate on diet.

but of course you don't understand this.

because you're violating the purpose of the discussion groups?

Wow. You've outdone even yourself this time, fresh. That was the the most self referential disembodied post I've ever seen. From no one to no one. Freaky. Were you talking deeply into your mirror while you typed out the transcription here? I guess you understand yourself more than I gave you credit for.

Suez,

"Lord, you're such an insufferably boorish little sniveling effete snob of a monster it's almost beyond belief. "

here is another one of your pointless insults referencing nothing and you are quite aware that this is what I was referring to.

and here is your chance to actually say something about what it is you are talking about. or you could just say nothing, which is what you could have done in the first place so that you don't continue to clutter this thread with nonsense.

and as far as "calling out fools" , if you think calling someone a monster is calling out, I would suggest you work on your methods. try to inject some actual substance.

repeated posts of , "monster", "fool", "bat%%%% crazy", (I will stop here for the sake of brevity)

get yourself tested for tourette's ?
