Winter Virus Part 2

I'm having some trouble here. I rested last night for about 12-13 hours and then I had to get up and doing some creative, which is write, which is what I usually do. There was some advise to drink water, and for the past two days I have not eaten any solid foods... I've only had: organic coconut water, distilled water and the juice from oranges. My stomach rumbles so I am wondering if I should eat grapes, or strawberries, green smoothies? I still have the dry cough, mucus, runny rose, my hands are cold, feet are cold and nose is cold, so I think besides rest I also need some energy. I do not feel weak but I do want to get better (I know, I know, rest is the most important thing)...But I am quite hungry and need to know what foods can help "speed up" the process and are good for you while having a cold, or the flu or whatever it is I have.

Addition Info:

Should I go on Day 3 of drinking distilled water, coconut water and orange juice (clementine squeezed oranges), and move onto grapes, strawberries, etc, or not yet?

I'm still getting phlegm in the morning (this morning it was a dark yellow - greyish color), stuffy nose, dry cough, etc. So I'm wondering what would aide the "cold"... Is that what it seems like I have? I might have a bacterial infection most likely... I don't think it's strep because it doesn't hurt at all when I swallow.

I'm trying to understand what it is I have and how to deal with it. I know it's contagious because now my mom has the same symptoms.

Comments? Suggestions?

Just wondering something...

Raw Hummus made of...

Soaked Chickpeas
Lemons (freshly sqeeuzed juice)
Celtic Sea Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

on Lettuce with cucumber

For two months, every day...Could that be the culprit of a cold / flu especially in the winter?

Could it be a healing crisis after eating the same thing day in and day out? With other fruits on the side of course.
