To balance this out...

Today Ds and I had 2 bananas and an apple as a snack. What could we have added to have made that a complete meal?

Question two, what are good websites to learn about raw foods and nutrition, specifically what amounts of vitamins, minerals, and proteins are in each food?

Molto Grazie!
Renee
