Well I'm sure you'd have to open the watermelon to get a good reading - the thing isn't an x-ray laser. A big part of it's near future, IMO, is special applications. Every parent with a kid who is allergic to peanuts will want it, for instance. Everyone with gluten intolerance will want one - things like that. Use your imagination a little, Panchito. You don't want to be counted in the herd of people who laughed and said "Why would anyone want a cell phone, there are phones all over the place", do you?
