sunfooddan, I did not have time to read all of these posts but from what I saw there is a lot of good info. Number one!!! thing would be to adopt using wheatgrass juice and perhaps some freshwater algae of somekind. This will help you in your quest to go raw. Make sure you are getting enough fat and don't worry about fruit! people with cravings many times have digestive or assimilation issues that maybe associated with fungus.
