Raw cacao/chocolate

Does anyone know if the chocolate powder at trader joes is raw? Also, am i correct in assuming that most coco or chocolate powder is not raw?

Yes, you are correct. Most cacao powder is roasted.

I went to the food store and found carob powder which is a cocoa substitue but it said toasted carob. That is not raw LOL.
