i saw a free nutritional site
it is pretty cool
u put the food and it charts its break down analysis

but my understanding is that it just does one food at a time

i was wondering what site can i use where i can put ALL of my foods ( like all the food items for the entire day) all in one big
fell swoop and have it do the same break down

without doing one food item at a time

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!

[cronometer.com]

play with your profile too there's some good stuff in there like setting goals and macro targets. of course don't use LFRV for your macro target, that is one Crazy diet, lol.

Bear in mind that all these calculators can be very innacurate. They actually are estimators, not calculators, which means that they give some estimates which are inside a range of values. Such values are subject to distributions, which can have a large spread, and they do in general. Calories calculators for example, have been reported to have errors of 40%. It's like stepping on scales and the scales telling you, dear darling, your estimated weight is 50kg approximately, but it could be anything between 40kg to 80kg. Still, it is fun, isn't it? I have cronomer on my laptop and like to play with it sometimes. I like when it gives me 2000% of my daily needs met in particular. smiling smiley
