Nutrient loss from juicing

Pros and cons of juicing of course, but people seem to think that getting rid of fiber is a good thing, "easier digestion"! Seems like a lot of juicing would be missing out on a lot of SCFA, created through fermentation in the gut, especially since raw is low fat as it is. Re: Nutrient loss from juicing
