Nutrient loss from juicing

Pros and cons of juicing of course, but people seem to think that getting rid of fiber is a good thing, "easier digestion"!

Seems like a lot of juicing would be missing out on a lot of SCFA, created through fermentation in the gut, especially since raw is low fat as it is.

Some nutrients may be lost thru juicing but all the nutrients are absorbed easily from the juice.
Juice your greens and eat your fruits, and fruits have fiber
