Raw Food in Barcelona

I recently had a little trip to Barcelona - ohhhh what a fantastic place! I've been many times before but never really stayed long enough to appreciate all the fantastic things to do there. Before I went I was searching online for raw food restaurants etc, and didn't find much info out there in Googleland, so I wrote a blog about it when I got back - here it is:

Has anybody here been to Barcelona? How did you like it? Did you find any yummy places to eat?

the fruit quality can be very high. I haven't been exactly there but I go to Spain very often. I happen to always stay next to a famous fruit store (walk acroos building distance). The best mangos I've ever tasted were there. Look for chirimoyas too and other stuff. Fruit is everywhere but for the best, you'll probably have to investigate. As for restaurants, I barely ever go to them.

Hi Panchito, yes the fruit was beautiful and ripe. I didn't see any organic produce anywhere though sad smiley

La V - I did see some fantastic buskers, there was one band I loved, called the New Orleans Pussycats, they did some cool vintage style music smiling smiley

Panchito, I just bought produce at the markets, didn't see that logo, but thanks I'll bear it in mind for next time.
