Earthing mats - are they really good for you?

I have used an earthing (grounding) mat to sleep on for several years now, but I recently heard that Daniel Vitalis is saying they aren't good for you.

Does anyone have any thoughts / info on this? If it's true, I'll be really disappointed, as it puts my mind at rest that at least I get a bit of grounding when I sleep.

Earthing and grounding mats appeal to my sense of Logic and I have found on many occasions that Vitalis is NOT very Logical. But I'm always open to hear what anyone has to say, so what does Vitalis has to say about them.

I thought this said "EATING Mats, are they good for you?", and I thought of Subway and how they have yoga mat material in the bread.

anybody can "say" anything. But without knowing what he said, it is hard to make any arguments.

As far as I know, earthing is good for you.
