Nice find Coconut Crème!

I'm a hypnotherapist myself, ( [www.cherrytherapies.com] ) I specialise in weight-loss, so I find it really useful to incorporate some suggestions to eat more raw-food so my clients reap the benefits of better health into the bargain winking smiley I don't have a CD though, I work one-to-one with people, that way I can find out what is making them eat unhealthily. Everyone has their own issues that drives them to overeat, and also to eat the wrong foods.

I find hypnotherapy works really well, it's amazing how quickly people change their attitudes towards food once they are more in control of how their mind is working.

I have a set of centerpointe holosync cd's. I love them.. The next level is for me to do my own affermations, but i have no idea what to say in them... Any suggestions?

Dschare, I love holosync, I've been doing them for years smiling smiley I'd say keep your affirmations quite vague, as you will be using them for a long time, and your plans for what you want to create in your life may change over time. I can't actually remember what affirmations I recorded now, as I did it so long ago, and they're not audible on the CD! Also remember to word everything very positively - eg it would be best to choose something like 'each day I make healthier choices' rather than 'I now stop making bad choices'. Also make them realistic - start from where you are right now rather than saying something idealistic like 'I feel amazing and fantastic' - cos if you don't actually feel that way, then your subconscious will disregard it. So, in this instance, something like 'I am feeling better and better every day' would be preferable.

write out your affirmations on a wordpad, you can cut and paste, google hypnosis scripts,

enter them into free text into speech program, save the mp3

play everyday at naptime on repeat.
