Date: September 09, 2014 12:26AM I have heard of oxidation superjuice. Nevertheless there was some interesting stuff in those links. I presume you didn't take the time to read them. Perhaps others may find something useful in them. Re: Blending Better than juicing?

Date: November 25, 2014 07:21PM It has been more than five years since the book Green Smoothie Revolution by Victoria Boutenko came out.
Is the revolution dead? There are many who bought high speed blenders as the result of the book so we should have a good sample of cases to report on the long term effect of blending on the body. Re: Blending Better than juicing?

Date: November 25, 2014 09:28PM I don't think blending is as bad is Brian Clement believes it is and that it's not as simple as saying it's good or bad. Oxidation as well as bioavailability varies for not only different foods but different nutrients & phytochemicals. However, one of those articles says that colonics and enzymes aren't supported by science, alluding that they are ineffective, which is pure nonsense. Enzymes and colon hydrotherapy have major health benefits.
[www.longevitywarehouse.com] - New video where David Wolfe talks about the benefits of blending and how lycopene is significantly more bioavailable when blended and taken with fats. Date: November 26, 2014 06:20PM It refreshing to know that some degree of blending is ok.
I was getting alarmed by all of the negative reports on blending. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
