We talk a lot of olive oil as fatty acid supplementation but very little of the fruit itself:
What do you think of whole olives vacuum?

what do you mean by "vacuum"

i think whole olives are really good sources of minerals

i love them raw

I bought some Peruvian olives--believe they were sun-dried. Amazing! Very small but meaty and flavorful. From the rawfoodworld site when they were selling them at cost.

i actually like truly raw olives okay, but salty foods i don't find to be too healthy.
