Date: October 07, 2014 05:03PM I think so. Cooked starches are not part of a raw diet. I dont care how famous you are. They make me feel sick. Complete breakdown and my whole body goes into dehydration. But I am not god or a perfect person to hold such a judgment. Its just how I feel at this moment. If you want to add cooked food, why not get supermarket dried out dates and notreallyraw cashews and notreallyraw almonds. Or that coconut water in boxes. Why cook potatoes? Thats not even close to raw.
Sprouting I agree is good. Sprouted lentils is what the video says is best? I do have a raw chili on the weekends sometimes. But not alot, mostly tomatoes. I have a question, what is a starch? Something raw not edible? I can be told definitions, but I need to really understand.. He says beets contain oxalic acid. Bone issues. Ok. Diogenez what do you think of this video.
