Has anybody followed a protocol for a Heavy Metal cleanse? Any suggestions. I recently came across this link with a recipe.

Thank you

I haven't followed that one. I tried another one a few years ago that involved all sorts of supplements but didn't notice anything from it. I've been using zeolite for about a month now and feel a lot better - more energy, stamina, etc.

Here's some info:

Try a search on the properties of coriander and pectin.

Cheers,

Eat a lot of tropical fruit. Drink tea.

"A number of phytochemicals and nutritional fibers present in fruits might be interacting with Hg in several ways: absorption and excretion, transport, binding to target proteins, metabolism, and sequestration."

The same is true for many veggies, some of which are loaded with chelators, some so powerful that there will be limited uptake of the minerals present in them.
