my wife and I have an 8 months old baby. For last 2 months he is consuming solid foods like (blended avo with bananas, zucchini and broccoli and sweet potato etc) + mothers milk Was just wondering if anyone here is able to advice on what kind of supplementation is required in regards to B12 ? Or in general any advice about foods for kids would be greatly appreciated. Don`t want to make mistakes and hurt a little one in any way. Also would this be safe to give him coconut yogurt which I make ? (soaked cashews, 4 drinking coconuts water and meat, and probiotics. Everything blended and left outside for 3 hours and then to fridge. Thank you all Re: Vegan baby
