Heard a lot of good things but it seems weird to ingest aluminum. Re: Trace Minerals?

Your diet. Do you have any trace minerals in particular in mind or just in general? Re: Trace Minerals?

If you feel the need for a trace mineral supplement, add it to the water you soak and water your sprouts with. It will be much more beneficial that way.
Seaweed, algae, grass juice, microgreen juice, sprout juice, weed juice, and sprouted fermented seeds like sesame, poppy and sunflower seeds are all excellent sources of many hard-to-get trace minerals. Re: Trace Minerals?
