Does anyone take a trace minerals supplement? Is it necessary?

Heard a lot of good things but it seems weird to ingest aluminum.

Not necessary but could benefit lots of people. Aluminum isn't needed by the human body in any amount so it wouldn't be a trace mineral and I would avoid any supplement containing it.

Wild Atlantic seaweeds are a great source of natural trace minerals.

Your diet. Do you have any trace minerals in particular in mind or just in general?

If you feel the need for a trace mineral supplement, add it to the water you soak and water your sprouts with. It will be much more beneficial that way.

Seaweed, algae, grass juice, microgreen juice, sprout juice, weed juice, and sprouted fermented seeds like sesame, poppy and sunflower seeds are all excellent sources of many hard-to-get trace minerals.
