Raw food, does this help hemophiliacs? Anyone here? I am asking about moderate to severe hemophiliac. Meaning you bleed for days if you cut yourself and you get bruises all over the body almost black and purple.

What can someone like that do? To heal? Throw me your best knowledge people. I need it for a friend.

Not sure if it would have any benefit or not. One of my cousins has hemophilia which I think means his liver doesn't make a certain protein for blood clotting. He's had to do IV's at home which contain this protein his entire life.

Isn't that a Vitamin K issue? I was floored to see how much K is in kiwis. What is the root cause of that excessive bleeding? Is this friend taking blood thinner? I know a guy who had a stroke, took blood thinner and was told by his doc not to eat certain veggies like kale due to its high K content. Can we say D'OH?!

"What is the root cause of that excessive bleeding?"

It's nothing dietary related, it's a disability you are born with where your liver doesn't produce a certain protein required for blood clotting.

True, yes, they need transfusions.

Say's who? Official medical institutions? I don't trust any word they say or print.

Exactly! Maybe the liver is compromised due to something else and the ability to produce the protein is therefore blocked.

You should probably do a little research before making ridiculous comments.
