nutrients higher in organically grown foods by 40%

another inaccuracy in the nutrient calculators based on usda nutrient database

this would give results in nutrient calculators that could be far lower than the actual nutrient levels when eating organic

also check out this pesticide calculator

Some nutrients are higher, some are lower compared to conventional.

Best is to grow your own and pick it immediately before eating.

We recently got a Lucky's supermarket in town. I was so excited
because the prices looked fantastic and they had a lot of things
I had never had before, like rainbow heirloom carrots, golden beets,
etc.

But nothing I've gotten from them tastes good. I think they only
way they can afford to offer such low prices is to have their items
in storage for a lot longer.

I agree 100%. Definitely far superior to eating unfresh food grown by others who care more about their bottom line then your health. Grow your own food with love and it's hard to go wrong.
