Just throw everything that needs to be eaten soon in. For me that was a cup and a half of water, a T. of xylitol, a red bell pepper, a Habanero pepper, 4 small orange Roma tomatoes, a big piece of fresh turmeric root, 4 stalks of celery, 1/2 a bunch of asparagus, a bunch of kale, a bunch of dill, some sprigs of thyme, and 4 oz.'s of broccoli sprouts. I am so jealous. Did he get a russian bride? I Knew a raw vegan who did that I cannot name names. OH MY GOD, he looks like a rock star. How come Markus doesnt shoot @#$%& with us here?
