Chef Federica Rotta, from the famous Tree of Life institute (founded by Dr Gabriel Cousens), is coming to London from Italy for a one-off workshop in Hampstead on the 1st of March, 2015.

We will prepare a variety of radiant dishes, savoury and sweet, using fresh and dried organic food that will inspire you to bring more balance and awareness in your kitchen. All the food will be shared during and after the course and a recipe booklet + a gift will be given to all the participants.

The cost is 90 pounds and a quote of 40 pounds is required in advance when you book your place. Spaces are limited.
