PH and Health: Alkaline and Acidic Foods

So I've been doing a lot of research in to how
the ph of foods effects overall health and cannot
find a chart with foods that agrees with another.
It seems that many of the Alkaline and Acidic food
lists online disagree with each other.

***Does anyone happen to have a reliable list of these foods?

***I'm assuming cooked fruits/veg are acidic but is frozen acidic?

My story:

For most of the time I've been vegan, I have eaten a LFHC diet.
It has been a mix between McDougall and raw, most of the raw
coming from fruit with greens. I did eat lots of potatoes and bananas. I
also loved rice. I lost a lot of weight eating a mix of the two,
my skin cleared up a lot, and I had great/high energy levels.

Several months ago, it started to go downhill. Out of the blue, I
developed a reaction to cooked foods. My nose would start to run
every time I ate something cooked. It did not matter what it was.
Potatoes and rice were some of the worse but even steamed or boiled
veggies triggered it. Sometimes it was hardly bearable.
I noticed that eating raw, this did not happen.

I've been suffering from the following problems for several months/weeks:

-chronic post nasal drip
-"strep looking" throat (but its not, I got tested)
-dry, flaky skin on face and feet (never had before)
-irritated eyes (looks like pink eye.. but comes and goes.
Went to several doctors and no medicine has helped but
allergy eye drops)

I've gone to several doctors and they all just looked at me puzzled
and provided no solutions.

BUT I've had a hard time maintaining fully raw because:
-my digestion got worse when I did not include starch
-my energy levels went way down (eating the same # of calories)
-fruit triggered very painful cramps during monthly cycle

I was hoping that raw corn and raw sweet potatoes might be useful.
And maybe I'm eating too little fat? I've been around 10% fat.

Lemons I know are super alkalizing and lemon water alone has
cleared up a lot of my sinus issues.

Any tips for foods to eat to help heal would be loved.
