I went raw because I believe it's the optimal human diet, but I also have those issues, you know, the @#$%& kind. I haven't since going fully raw. Before I was mostly vegan, only eating occasional eggs and very rarely goat dairy, mostly at restaurants. I did eat grains, but was recently diagnosed allergic. What should I do? More fiber? More fruit? Less nuts? More nuts? I drink plenty of water.
