I have a question for you, but not for the tarot.

You have been to all the big name raw food spas. YOu have tried everything, it seems.

What has been the most HEALING diet you have tried? If you could hire someone to grow the sprouts and wash and chop everything, what would your meal plan look like, in term of ratios, percentages of food?

I have to admit, two weeks of green smoothies with the Boutenkos.

Man.

Also two weeks of energy soup was good.

Tree of life 3 months, I did do one week of phase one, I couldnt stand it. BUt its closest to cooked food you will ever find.

I did high fruit for 3 years. That was the fastest my life ever been in all areas.

I did the Jackie Graff diet for a week and I also did the raw spirit for a week, which was basic raw vegan catered.

To me, since I am very spiritual, its about love, and I think Juliano's recipes have alot of love in them. They are so colorful and vibrant.

811 never been able to do it.

I love raw vegan restaurant food, always love the food when its made by someone else, isnt that weird. I have eaten almost everywhere.

I love the cacao raw world that David and Shazzie introduced us all to. I do. You can meet god if you eat 40 raw beans in a smoothie.

I love sprouts, I love greens, I love fruits, I love raw nuts. I wish I had my own nut farm. I with I had my own garden of greens like they do at Glaser Farms where I worked before. They are raw vegan organic farm and make tons of raw vegan stuff that supplies all the Whole Foods in Florida. I loved picking my avocados over me.



For some reason, when I was in Miami and riding alot of bikes, way before 811 book ever came out, I felt euphoric all the time. I do not feel that way as raw sedentary really. I also walked miles to work, across the bridge to South Beach, amazing view....
I was my healthiest I think.

Its all about feelings. Whatever diet made me feel the best. I would say...NUMBER ONE BEST DIET is RIPE tropical fruit. Also..Buckwheat sprouts. E3 live. Cacao. Spirulina. Hemp nuts....salads, wheatgrass 92 mineral wheatgrass...52 mineral tomatoes you grow yourself, tastes sweet...

Get a electric sprouter...get an excalibur 4 star, get a vitamix, and a juicer...find yourself a hottie raw vegan or make it your mission to covert all known cooked food infidels over..get the word out guys, do not give up, do not become gray....we are WHITE!! No compromises. Just keep focusing mentally on becoming raw vegan 100%, even when you eat that burger say I am raw vegan 100% until it becomes real, until your body says OK lets try it out for real.

I used to space things out, I was real anal retentive about calories and eating every 45 minutes exactly and planned my meals everyday...I was also single for like 7 years,..so I dont do that anymore or have time. I joined a high class expensive gym but felt completely alienated because of my diet. I was lonely all the time and on these fruit highs that lasted for months so I was very aloof.

If you are a good raw vegan chef, I probably will love your food.

But TAI, I will do the tarot on this question, about me, because tarot adds to everything.

sunflower sprouts. I have grown so many of them in my tribest sprouter. I think they look beautiful. They make a salad so desirable. They are so pretty and definitely rare and hard to find, you have to grow yourself. So Sunflower sprouts are my favorite healing diet food.

It's like saying to not be attached to the past but create what is most healing in the present.

There is another way of playing the tarot. It is to take a holy book that one abides by and flip it open randomly. One can glean an answer that way. A holy book is supposed to have holy principles that inspires one to do better, be better. Whereas a tarot book is usually very tied to material reality and will guide its followers accordingly. Where is the tarot card for forbearance, for loving kindness and compassion, for truthfulness, for forgiveness, for searching inside instead of outward blaming, etc?

May I ask what your dental hygiene routine was like when you
were doing high fruit?

My dental hygeiene when I was high fruit? Well, I used a waterpik and floss and toothpaste with organic fluoride free toothpaste.

Lately I been brushing my teeth with coconut oil. Its amazing.

At my last eye exam, I was told that vision in the left eye was going down.
Should there be cause for concern and what are the raw food solutions or should I go for eye relaxation approach?

What are you worried about? Whatever that is, is the reason your eyes are failing. You are on the raw diet right? This is not supposed to happen. There is a reason. But RP this will make you stronger, you must open your eyes and see what it is you do not like about your life and change it immediately.

The cause of your concern should be what is it that you are refusing to see? What is it that causes you so much anguish?

That is the reason your eyes may be failing in one eye. Something only you know about that causes great grief.

Raw Practicalist, have you been cruel to someone, to a lover? You do not have to answer. There may be depression cruelty..plagued by a fear..violence loss or scandal..

What is it you do not want to see anymore? Is this something so horrible you cannot talk about? Are you sad, alone, do you feel guilty about something, are you fighting with someone, what causes you the most anguish and I can then help you find a solution. Then your eyes should heal themselves.

What you can do for now is to look at things far far away and just trace the outlines with your eyes. Do this as much as you can.
