Even if you are not hungry..

even if you are not hungry put out a bowl of sliced apples, a bag of raw nuts, some raw pickles, some raw crackers, some fruit, chopped up fruit bowl...just something out always. Because you will graze it all day. Reach for that instead of something else..

Believe me, even if you dont like raw cauliflower cous cous, by the end of the night it will be all gone by nightfall. Just by leaving it out.

We do things without thinking, and the body likes to eat, without letting you know sometimes so its good to always have something out, especially if you are not hungry. SO while you are pacing or on the phone, you will reach for the food without knowing..

Plus when you find yourself in a project, all of a sudden you are hungry and bam you have the food that you put out...instead of having to make it when you are hungry. Sometimes when you are hungry when you make food, it has not set yet, the flavors. And ingredients may still be cold etc. or its hard work, or you may reach for cooked food snacks instead...NO we do not want that. HAVE IT OUT READY FOR YOU NO MATTER WHAT. For when that time comes.

Just put it out! Now!

Chop up something. Leave it out. I promise it will be gone by nightfall. Anything, make something now guys and leave it out and tell me how long it takes before its gone, even if you are not starving..or hungry.

Even if it is unappetizing...just put raw food out...kitchen counter is good, so you walk by it alot.

RAwmus and carrot sticks are good. Always to have out. sliced apples. Make a salad and let it sit there, you will eat it bits at a time.

Hempseed milk the storm,...mmm you do not even have to strain it, you just blend 1/2 cup of it with 3 cups water I think. SOmething like that right. ITS SO GOOD. I want some right now. This is real raw food porn here.YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO STRAIN IT

Hempseed milk. I'm going to try that!

I do the same thing to make sunflower seed milk. No straining. Delicious and creamy. 1/4 cup seeds to 3/4 cup water.

I personally prefer to give my digest system a rest in between meals.
Having something ready to eat always make me eat always.
And the body has to process the food for a long long time.
And the next food,
And the next food.
Raw food chef or recipe specialists or the Alicia Cohen of the world have always something to chew on.
It may become a problem.
We are convinced it is 100 percent raw and good for us and we keep eating.
I prefer to just drink a glass of warm water in between meal time.
That is my coffee time especially at work.
I may take 15 minutes to drink that glass of water.
That takes less time to process.
