Once you know a food is good for you you start to salivate when you are ready to eat it even when it tastes bitter like dandelion greens.
I always feel happy drinking barley grass juice it is bitter but the rewards in wellbeing are unsurpassed

So, pretty much, the blood thinning components balance out the potentially blood thickening components.

Throw in a Turmeric root or two and a dash of black pepper along with the microgreens and keep hydrated for a bit of extra added insurance. Nice, simple, and worry free.

With expert supervision even those on blood thinners could do this safely once dosages were worked out and the same quantities of juice were consumed every day in a self disciplined manner.

Dont fall in the deep trap. Microgreens will not make you age slower or do anything for you noticeable except maybe wasting huge amounts of time. Look at the pics of people that eat a heavy micorgreen diet and you'll see that they age just like everybody else except they spent huge amounts of time, same as with sprouts.

Yes, I love what comes out of Vik's mouth, believe you me. Apprently he is not immortal and his wife died young of colon cancer, so my infatuation is a bit faded...

Thank for the posting. I do not know Mark Mathew Braunstein and it seems like he wrote a lot on microgreens but there is a difference between talking about something and using it.

What are you saying, he wrote "Radical Vegetarianism" in 1991, and then "Sprout Garden" in 1993, he's been doing it for a lifetime...

You have a point but we should try to find out why microgreens have not work to make look young and healthy.
In my book, the greens alone are not enough, you need to exercise, you need to cleanse and fast periodically, you need other steps.

Microgreens are not enough.
I had been juicing greens for years and my health was fine but not super.
The big change happened when I took the steps to stop eating mostly cooked foods, and went thru a cleansing programs, and added many other necessities such as exercise, meditation, distilled water, and many other small things.
Green juices cannot remove the hardened matter in the digestive system unless you do a long juice fast or go thru a cleansing program. Adding some fermented food or juices was also necessary.

What relevance does this have to do with microgreen nutrition? Sounds more like whoever set that price is trying to rip off customers. Growing yourself is much cheaper anyways. Online I can buy 18 ounces (about 1.2 lbs) of broccoli sprouting seeds for less than $15 and that will provide ~6 lbs of broccoli sprouts. So in other words, 6 lbs of broccoli sprouts for less than $15.

oh, yes, thanks for the tip, i am quite aware that one needs to grown their own.

i just thought it was funny that it was 54 dollars per pound.

and where did i say that it had RELEVANCE to nutrition?

is there some requirement for relevance to nutrition, according to you, jtprindl?

perhaps you can check all my posts before i post them. run for moderator.
