There was this vegan girl who used to meditate that Mr Kearns knew and she died of cancer in her 30's. The point is, it is not just about diet, and a vegan diet doesn't neccessarily make one cancer proof. Science also shows that raw foods don't neccessarily make one cancer proof either, but it can help and is a step in the right direction.

Does your Mr. Kearns know if she was on a high sugar content diet?

I will have to ask him for some details. I either call him tonight or see him in the next few days. It will be very intersting what she did eat, but she was strict vegan for years.

I don't think she was a raw fooder like we are, but l will try and find out.

It would also be interesting to know where the cancer was located. I suspect diet would have a hard time overcoming skin cancer, for instance. Also it would be interesting to know if she had a profession that exposed her to a lot of toxic chemicals. I've heard of a few local hairdressers who developed cancers while still very young.

There are always lots of sources of carcinogens. Frying/grilling/baking starches creates a bunch of acrylamides, which are carcinogens. And many carcinogens come from pollution, pesticides, and even some workplaces.

Going vegan does help some. Being low fat raw helps even more. And having health building habits, like getting enough sleep and rest, reducing stress, having a toxin free household, getting plenty of fresh air and sunshine and exercise all help.

I haven't seen a thing to make me think low fat raw vegan diet is superior for health to high a fat raw vegan diet and, in my 11 months on hclf, my health suffered a set back that only a high fat raw vegan diet has been able to overcome over time - judging by my lab work and how I look and feel.

Sure some hyperactive athletes may do better fueled on sugar but not everyone has the metabolism of a hummingbird. Those hclf raw vegans who age well must be hiding offline somewhere. Most of online long term hclf elders look to me more like they have gone splat than have aged like a fine wine. Who knows their real state of health? We don't. We don't even know what anyone but ourselves is eating so that is the only person we can really judge by, IMO. So many of these supposedly scientific studies on living people are riddled with gaping holes (where other factors should be accounted for) that the truth flows right on through them and down the drain lost forever to the studies trade. I'm not buying that hclf is the way to go for most people but I only actually know for a fact that it totally sucked for me.

Panchito, you seem to be suffering from cut and pasted fauxfactsitis. You've said several times you eat up to two handfuls of nuts a day and your diet (which is up to 20% cooked) is actually raw vegan. Who are you trying to kid? Maybe all that slop is reconciled in your head, and in your opinion, but in reality your stance is less than convincing that you know what kind of diet you are even on.

I don't care about your gay humor exchanges but it is peculiar and annoying to see that you must not be wasting your own time (as I and jtprindl have, for instance) by reading Panchito's wild goose chase fat study deceptions.

Yawn. How many times are you going to post this video? Until it's spammed onto every thread? Obviously, as I've had to say over and over, that woman is nowhere near the base state of health necessary for going straight onto the Conductivity Diet. Tavis had a remedial plan for people in poor condition to start with. How many times do I have to tell you this, Panchito? Do you realize that woman also is against raw vegan diets? Have you seen any improvement at all in her over the years?

Quite an authority you've gone to there, panchito. Isn't she one of the cast of thousands of Robert Morse's certified enema specialist "professionals"?

Suez painful point is Tavis's ideology. It is her sore point. She is trying to protect it at all costs, promoting it without realizing the serious dangers. There is nobody that will save you from the weird condition it will leave you at from the effects of oils, herbs, etc. This mostly affects those seeking some cure or something based on back yard stories and wrong assumptions. Ignorance hurts.

Mr Kearns is off limits to most people because they do not qualify to be in his company, but one person has connected with him from the raw food world. No more shall be said.

He never makes public online appearances. He chooses to stay behind the scenes for various reasons. Many great people stay behind the scenes away from the public eye, it must be this way.

I take Panchito's fat studies with a grain of salt, but l do like his heart very much because l know he is a good person. I find his antics and mischeif making (trying to rock the boat) adds character to this forum. It's good to have different characters here to add diversity and interest to the forum, because if we all thought the same it would be a boring place.

Oops, sorry, diploma mill N.D. graduate Mr. Robert Morse's passing students are officially deemed "Certified Detoxification Specialists". I kid you not. Dan McDonald and his girlfriend Sophia have "earned" this highly esteemed advanced training certificate.

I've been trying to find Dan's YouTube video in which he jury rigged PVC pipes in his Ca rental home from under his city water supplied bathroom sink, down the hallway, and into a bedroom for a DIY colonic area. I kid you not. He said that when Sophia saw it she called him a genius. Unfortunately, once again, I kid you not. If I refind the video I will post this awesome classic retardationnation production. He didn't say whether he hooked it up to the hot or the cold water supply ...

Tai:
I did that too and got a certificate. It taught me so much about the power of certain fruit and certain herbs. I tried it in my own body and got results. i have used that knowledge to help others.

I will agree with you SueZ that the title is inappropriate in light of high tech environmental medicine practitioners. The certificate is in a folder somewhere, not hanging up on a wall, nor would I call myself such, even though I am able to order the toxicity panels through genova/metametrix labs. [www.gdx.net]

I learned about a case of a man whose brain ailment was fixed through this lab, as they were able to trace a pesticide that was the cause and it was coming from his daily green juice, which was pressed fresh at Whole Foods. Whole Foods was not using organic kale and so the pesticides went into the juice. And I once mentioned how the lab showed good detoxification results with the korean temple diet, so fruit is just one of many tools to use.

The MDs and NMDs who specialize in this field are some of my favorite.

Truly the information that Morse teaches through his course is worth of study, but it should not have the word specialist in the title.

panchito, just explain your view regarding her objections that she noted above. that way everyone here who is interested can understand both views.
in other words, do you think that those studies apply to raw or nearly raw oils and fats, veg vs animal fats, etc.

Hey Fresh. What I posted was about saturated fat (coconut oil). Saturated fat is a simple molecule. I already posted before for example that in the labs, they use coconut oil to induce all shorts of vascular damage to animals. Just because it does not come from an animal (coco), it can do damage. Remember that cocnut oil is a man made product.

It looks like you're in good company with Dr. Fuhrman, but both of you guys are missing a very important Piece of the Puzzle.

Here is a small snippet from my file on Coconut, Coconut Oil and Heart Disease:

All tropical oils (palm and coconut) are highly saturated fats. Like butter, cheese, and meat, tropical oils raise LDL cholesterol and clog arteries with plaque, increasing your risk of a heart attack. We use coconut oil (because it is so highly saturated) in animal experiments to create atherosclerotic plaque for studying heart disease in animals. -Dr. Joel Fuhrman
[www.diseaseproof.com]

In contrast, most commercial coconut oils are made from copra, the dried up meat from coconuts. Using cheap copra-grade coconut means that the oil extracted is not sanitary, and certainly not suitable for human consumption.

Indeed, there is a HUGE difference between the coconut oil that they used in those studies and the coconut oil that's available on the market today!
