The grass I grow are
1. Wheatgrass (left first picture)
2. barley grass (right second picture)
3. spelt grass

The green I grow are
1. corn greens (in the second picture the yellow greens on left is corn)
2. sunflower greens (right first picture)
3. pea greens (first third picture)
4. lentil greens (second third picture)

The ferments I make are
1. garlic (just started trying it - right on fourth picture)
2. sprouted wheat (second from right on fourth picture)
3. beet (red ferment)
4. cabbage (second from left)

on left fourth picture is the soaking of yellow lentil. not a ferment.

The ferment generates gas and you need a way to release the pressure especially when you are not home for days to open the jar to let the gas out, so the plastic on top with water help the gas escape. I also put cabbage leaves on top of ferment to keep them stay down and not float on top. You can get the ferment air lock on amazon or ebay very cheap but very effective. [www.ebay.com]

I do not eat the ferment though, I just drink the water or use it to make salad dressing with sprouted lentils, wheat or mung beans.
The sprouted grains and beans are still difficult to digest and using the ferment water with them make it easy for me.

I do sprout other seeds not visible like chia, mung beans, flax seeds, and others. Sprouted only for few days, not into greens.

I live by myself (have not connected with a lady yet, they are not that many who want that life style), so that is enough food for me for a week. One young coconut per day, couple of pears, micro green juices, sprouted seeds. One hour at gym 3 or 4 days a week. 30 minutes meditation morning and night. 40 hours per week of dry fasting. No major health issue. Life is a blessing.
