they didn't RULE on defamation. they settled.

and just because someone files something doesn't mean it is valid.

do your homework

honest opinion and malice are two concepts that you should familiarize yourself with.

they didn't lose the case based on the facts. they decided to settle.

those against H and F are not being logical based on the known facts.

they are just basing their views on their personal opinion of H and F style and their disdain for people critiquing AT ALL. that nobody should ever comment on anyone else, ever. while they do it themselves.

You should be asking yourself why you think you know what you're talking about from scanning a few videos which d and f use for spoon feeding you and their fruit flies. You clearly don't.

you're merely exhibiting the common human characteristic of "the less I know, the more bluster i will spew" it's very common, and you're not fooling me. go fool someone else.

you never respond to the cogent points (of which there are many) that i make.

you merely vomit out another "you don't know what you're talking about" which means you are not the slightest bit interested in an exchange of ideas.

what i did see is MOST of what they put out, NONE of which constituted defamation and that people CLAIMED WAS defamation- and even if it did, accusing someone of defamation is WEAK and quite often indicative of "guilty as charged".

i mean if you're gonna say things like "the lawyers must have known something", you clearly know nothing about the law and what motivates clients and lawyers.
