"To conduct the study, healthy college-age students were fed a fat-laden diet that included sausage biscuits, macaroni and cheese, and food loaded with butter to increase the percentage of their daily fat intake. A normal diet is made up of about 30 percent fat and students in this study had diets that were about 55 percent fat.

Any study done on fat that doesn't take into consideration the difference between raw plant fats and cooked/processed/animal fats, O3:O6 ratios, and other dietary habits provides insufficient and misleading information. This study is the equivalent to studying high sugar diets and giving the test subjects donuts, Coca-Cola, pancakes loaded with syrup, etc., and blaming the effects on all forms of sugar.

If both sides of the study used animal fats, then it was fair to compare them without bringing the raw-vegan-fresh-coldpressed-expressdelivered fat wild card.

Why would anyone be doing such an idiotic study, let alone watching it?
