What is your favorite fruit? And nut and vegetable? I have only tasted low quality fruit but a good banana beats almost everything. I love mango too. Peaches are great as well but if I have to pick one, I'd say a good quality banana. I haven't tasted good papayas etc. My favourite nut is probably almond! So sweet.. Pineapple Cucumbers - I have been making lots of cucumber noodles lately. So refreshing. If we're being technical about vegetables, though, I'd have to go for Cauliflower Macadamia Nuts - Used to be Brazils, but I haven't been able to find good ones lately Re: Your favourite fruit and vegetable and nut!

- sweet fruits: mandarins - non-sweet fruits: zucchini - nuts: wallnuts Usually: - fruits: oh, I can't say - green seeded grapes, cherries, watermelons, plums, apricots (I guess all summer fruits I miss so much) - non-sweet fruits: definitely SUMMER TOMATOES! - nuts: wallnuts In terms of veggies, I really love cauliflower, but I replace it with zoodles as I digest them quicker and better. But I do love cauliflower, both as a rice with tomato dill sauce or as a cauliflower tomato mash.
