Hmm....so what do you think of the whole fermentation thing? I mean fermenting sprouts and grains, and making seed cheeses, etc.? And what's your view on fermented vegetables?

Sunflower seed sprouts. So if you ferment sprouted sunflower seeds and drink hydrilla algae just before the ferments you will be getting a level of B vitamins that would be hard to surpass using other foods. AND...if you have sprouted green juices, and then hydrilla 30 mins later followed directly by sunflower yogurt it is all over...you get the super duper nutrition meal with amazing amounts of B vitamins that is pretty much impossible to surpass per gram of weight. Btw, the hydrilla will balance out the sunflower seeds nicely, and if fenugreek juice is had with other sprouted juices and kelp is added to the hydrilla you will get one of the most nutritionally complete meals humanly possible. You want to eat like King/Queen Lois?...this is the way to do it. You want to eat like a servant?...eat like most vegans do. I prefer to eat like a King Lois.

And yes, sprouted rice must be treated very carefully. Besides, there are better foods around than that.

Thanks for that advice, TSM. It sounds great, but I wouldn't be able to go that far that fast, but I'll definitely start with the sunflower sprouts and sunflower yogurt. I used to eat fenugreek sprouts a lot - I'll get back into them again.

I also have some kind of hang-up about blending/juicing where sometimes I can't bring myself to juice something that I feel like I'd be getting more of the complete nutrition by blending, if you know what I mean. Like I would never juice juicy fruits when I can blend them with vegetables. And I feel like juicing some things is wasteful - hard to explain.
