Question concerning saiety on raw foods

Date: May 31, 2015 12:36AM I have been finding out that eating a primarily raw food diet is helping me tremendously. I have been eating only fruits, vegetables, nuts, and soup made from beans, rice, garlic, onion and whole grain pasta. I've found that I feel better than I have since ever coming down with illness. I'm also adding some whole seasoning to the soup with no sugars or additives, salt etc.....
I've been eating tofu with the soup but have eliminated all bread, all refined foods, all animal products (occasional fish) all sugar, all dairy (including cheese) and eggs, all alcohol. Instead I consume primarily freshly made fruit juice, followed by vegetable juices made with my champion juicer and welles press combination. I am also beginning kelp supplements soon as well as 20 mg of zinc supplements. Nuts and seeds I eat are raw almonds, I also am supplementing calcium with black strap molasses. About 1 tablespoon per day which is about 200 mg. I was having a problem getting fully satiated, even eating three bowls of the soup per day along with fruits and vegetables, but I've found that if I eat about 1/2 cup of almonds the saiety will hit me and I'll feel better than on a meat meal. Any suggestions on how to go 100% raw? I'm a 6'2 man but have never been heavy so I'm not sure I can survive weight wise without the beans and pasta and tofu. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Re: Question concerning saiety on raw foods

Date: May 31, 2015 01:09AM Try adding hemp seeds and soaked walnuts.
Here's an easy and delicious garlic-hemp salad dressing: 1/2 cup hemp seeds 1/2 cup lime or lemon juice 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar 3-4 cloves of garlic 1 tsp turmeric 1/8 tsp cayenne 1/8 tsp sea salt Re: Question concerning saiety on raw foods
