I am interested in the rigor-based information, and also would like to hear more from these two educators. I really look forward to reading it. Did anyone here read it yet?

Suvine, in relation to your question, if you like, you can check out their youtube channels: Dr. Karin Dina, D.C. Dr. Rick Dina, D.C. and their website: Raw Food Education They like to focus on peer-reviewed research, and are educated as well as licensed clinicians. I guess they could be unique in this sense amongst the raw food educators.
