Raw fresh Moringa smoothie

The asian farmer was pushing me to buy moringa leaves at the farmers market. I looked up the nutrition facts and I was very impressed. Check out the calcium, iron and protein levels.

They are kind of chewy and not tender.
They have a neutral taste.
They are not juicy, so I personally would not try juicing them. I also can't imagine just chewing them. SO the only option I see is making them into a smoothie. I plan on buying them every week and growing my own tree.

What does the phytochemical content look like? It appears to be a great source of vitamins, minerals, and protein, but that's the easy stuff to get!

Hi Tai

The salad dressing looks SUPER awesome. Might try that some time. Can you tell me how you sprouted your pumpkin and sunflower seeds? I also love basil. Fresh moringa leaves taste nice to me.
