What are the best sources. Coolest ways you eat it? I sometimes just soak it in water .. that's it. Or ... eat it dried. What else does everyone else do with it?
What are your favorite sources.. organic? Do you make a neat salad out of it?

any photos of dishes you made?
me... I'm boring. Just eat it as is.
But, would be nice to look at different options.

I hate to keep repeating myself but since the search function at this site is almost as computer illiterate as I am I will...

I stopped eating them 5 months ago and I am fine actually doing better.
Of course I am doing other new things.
Are they really, really necessary?

What I did was an experiment over many months to see if some foods were really really necessary.

Experiment by reduction or subtraction.

Removing an important food from the diet and see what happens.

No change without seaweeds.

No change without nuts.

The foods that were noticeably important because not having them created a problem in my well beings were

1. Grass juices
2. Micro greens
3. Some fermented foods

You're welcome.

I forgot to mention I now get my Irish Moss from Markus Rothkranz. His Irish Moss doesn't have a stinky smell like most of the other brands do. It's fresher too, IMO. Check out this video he's made. It's an extremely versatile food and beauty product ...

I put seaweed, powdered kelp from Iceland, in my salt shaker with the himalyan salt. That way you sneak it in everything.

MUST TRY IT

I'm linking a few seaweed books I have in my library.

This one, (my favorite of all of them), is out of print. It's so indispensable I bought a backup second copy when one came up for $10. I had to wait a long time for my first copy as, at that time, they were REALLY expensive and I waited until one was available for less than $75. They are a good deal at Amazon for now. You know how it goes with out of print books - it's either feast or famine.

This one I bought for the seaweed technical info ...

Since all seaweeds have different qualities I rotate them. I always use them in my thick raw savory soups, straight from their bags, 15 grams a day, blended. The only seaweed I soak first is alaria as it's stems are so sturdy they dull my kitchen shears if I cut them when still dry.
