Re mineralizing teeth and cavities?

Date: October 15, 2015 01:47AM Hello!
So I've been curious about this topic and was looking for some suggestions that have worked for other people. I've personally had no dental issues thus far. I eat a high fruit diet so I'm looking to keep it that way. I know greens are great for teeth. I swish with coconut oil and was considering swishing with powdered calcium as well. Would this help with remineralizing? I've heard a lot about clays as well. Has anyone here re mineralized or healed their cavities? Thanks for any insight! ![]() Edited 1 time(s). Date: October 15, 2015 03:57AM Let me just say that Brian Clement has helped introduce the raw vegan diet to over 200,000 people over 42 years and only knows of 3 people who have fixed cavaties through the vegan diet.
I have had loads of highly mineralised greens and high calcium foods for years and l have never been able to heal any cavaties in teeth. Some people will make all types of claims saying they healed their teeth, whether this is true is highly questionable, but the reality is that healing your teeth through diet seems very unlikely in most cases. David Wolfe claims to have done it, but such stories should be taken with a grain of salt considering that success rates seem to be almost zero. www.thesproutarian.com Re: Re mineralizing teeth and cavities?

You might be interested in this book by Tonya Zavasta [www.beautifulonraw.com] I haven't read it myself but I might buy it, it looks interesting. Date: October 15, 2015 06:37PM Teeth are an issue for me, but I have been so unhealthy way before raw dentally. They drilled 4 root canals by the time I was 20.
Did you know you can talk your way out of them at the dentists? Re: Re mineralizing teeth and cavities?

The Dangers of Mainstream Dentistry - Q&A Session with Dr. Brian Clement [www.youtube.com] He talks about the issues associated with root canals too. www.thesproutarian.com Re: Re mineralizing teeth and cavities?

Because clays are inorganic minerals, and such minerals are poorly absorbed by the body so you would think use of them for reminerising teeth would not be as effective as organic minerals from foods. www.thesproutarian.com Re: Re mineralizing teeth and cavities?

Free PDF here >> [rexresearch.com] The thing about clays, as I understand it, is that they are said to pull a lot of rubbish out of your system so you are more able to absorb minerals. I like to do a bentonite/psylium kind of shake every once in a while. Except I use green clay and flax. ![]() Free Newsletter: [bit.ly] Facebook: [www.facebook.com] Instagram: [www.instagram.com] Blog: [RawFoodScotland.co.uk] Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
