Bell Pepper Sprouts

Date: January 04, 2007 10:00PM The seeds of bell peppers sprout easily in my garden. Does anyone know if the sprouts are edible? I know that all but the fruit (i.e. the tomato) of the tomato plant contains toxins.

Date: January 04, 2007 10:42PM I've never sprouted red pepper seeds, but have eaten them along with the peppers with no ill effects. You might want to inquire with the sprout people's site. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
