organic1 claims

Recent organic1 lies:

(and he wonders why he has no credibility)

1. "people were bullied off the board for eating beans"

Never happened.

And If someone left the board because someone else said something about beans, then the person who left is without a backbone.

2. "You will never be able to adapt your body so that you can just survive off a diet that consists of just fruits or even a fruit/vegetable diet alone. "

misleading and inane statement.
with the addition of b12 it's no problem.

3. " adapt to not requiring only the animal food based nutrients such as vitamin b12, d3, omega-3 DHA, iodine, carnitine/taurine etc. "

wherein organic1 once again for the millionth time implies that a raw vegan diet requires exogenous DHA while in fact it is created from ALA

also implies that iodine is not available when it is.

also implies that carnitine and taurine are required exogenously. when in fact they are created endogenously.

whether there is "enough" in a particular person is another issue.
The implication given is that it is not possible. Which is false.

He said he was leaving the forum or maybe it was just not responding to my posts.

But so much contradictions in his posts.

He gives a long list of the raw food he eats yet most of his posts are on complaining about the cooked foods the raw fooders are not eating. Maybe he does not like the raw food he claims he is eating.

organic1 wrote
>My post only claimed that lightly steamed vegetables such as the cruciferous/broccoli etc were perfectly healthy food choices, plant based and vegan, and that there should be no guilt in consuming these foods which you clearly display.

If you think that cooking does not destroy nutrients why do you stop at lightly steamed? why not a full cooking of those veggies dear organic1. Full cooking will ensure that all of the tough fibers are softened and the anti nutrients are removed from these veggies.

Organic 1 claims that the raw vegan diet is nutritionally incomplete and nearly all raw fooders are depleted in various nutrients.

Organic 1 claims that raw fooders need some cooked and animal foods to be nutritionally complete.

Organic 1 at the same time claims that almost all raw fooders eat cooked and animal foods in secret all the time.

So by his conclusions we should all be okay.

Why does organic1 have this insatiable need to contradict himself? Is he depleted in nutrients?

Is it organic or-manic?
