Sad to report these two still seem to be formerly raw vegans as of now because a week later, it's still cooked, cooked, cooked with them.

Dara says she's taking "a break from food" and wants to give motherly type talks on her YouTube show for now instead. She couldn't find black mustard seeds in India or on line when she got back home, (apparently for her friend's use in authentic Indian cooking), so they went to an Indian store in Venice and still were unable to find the black mustard seeds or organic mustard seeds. (Maybe they think they did but I could see otherwise.)If anyone else wants organic black mustard seeds, and is having such trouble here they are...

Dara and her friend then bought take out cooked Indian food from the store - cooked as in the USA 1940's style - which means cooked until it's a pile of goo.



Rawvana is now recreating the cooked food from her favorite Gratitude restaurant but doesn't really knowhow to do it yet so she's learning in public while teaching. One dish was a cactus pad salad. She boiled the nopals, which taste better raw, IMO, for 15 minutes. I don't get it.

Judging by their clothes, it's warmed up in southern Cali so the cold can't be all that big a factor in their switching to cooked food...
