Calling others fake raw vegans

Suez calls others fake raw vegans.

She does this while hiding what she eats and refusing to be candid.

So easy to criticize others isn't it? takes the focus off of yourself

While she ingests processed oils
and

"When you dehydrate it really condenses the flavors of foods. The chip was overwhelmingly potent to eat alone, IMO, even though I dehydrated it way back in 2010! "

eats foods that she thinks are raw even though they were heated (dehydrated) 5 years ago.

Suez is a fake RAW maybe vegan.

I was referring to GARLIC chips. Most other foods aside from hot peppers, some varieties of onions, medicinal herbs, and grasses, after being dehydrated, are not nearly so potent and are fine to eat alone, as is, without being overwhelming, to my taste, at least.

Not only do I eat oils which have been squeezed from fruits at below 118F I also eat juices that have been squeezed from fruits at below 118F. Imagine that.

Personally I dehydrate mostly at 95F. It takes a little longer but more of the flavors are retained - especially with tender greens such as cilantro.

Once properly and carefully dehydrated and packaged, for long term storage in my pantry, I always have access to highly nutritious organic non GMO foods which were purchased at the height of their harvest and at their lowest possible prices.

you keep enjoying that dehydrated processed irritant laden diet, while you insult others.
(not that i care what you or anyone else eats - only when people feel a need to call out others endlessly)

to make yourself feel better .. i guess it's worth it. saying things you wouldn't say to their face.

while not showing your horrible lipid panels

and hiding yourself and what you eat

while insulting others out there who are inspiring others and having fun being imperfect unlike you .

I have many (probably a dozen) books on preserving raw foods but for anyone who aspires to be, or intends on staying, raw vegan long term and only wants one book, I would most highly recommend the official current edition of Excalibur's "Preserve It Naturally". Not only is it VERY well illustrated with photos it has a section specifically written on the proper method of raw vegan food preservation.

Excalibur also sells a vacuum system with containers which will keep raw dehydrated foods preserved for a very long time. Personally, I prefer to use Food Saver equipment and desiccants to vacuum pack raw foods mostly using fully topped up canning jars.

ah, so you're still at that primitive stage where you think that "raw" (according to some contrived definition) is the only thing to concern oneself with.

dehydrated diet does not lead to highest health. dehydrated is almost as bad as cooked

but if that's a good way for you to condescend to others whom you accuse of being "fake" even though their diet is better than your dehydrated diet...go for it.

No condescension from gary orlando/fresh there, LOL.

Why, no condescension, from gary orlando/fresh there, either, LOL.

If someone sets themselves up as a public figure and tells their followers to do "this" while they do "that" yes, they are fake, IMO.

No condescension from gary orlando/fresh there either.

So whatever happened to gary orlando/fresh's eBook "Beyond Raw" fresh? Let me guess.."Beyond Raw", (lol), instruct readers that such things as powdered greens are taboo and lectures on "Germ Theory"? Was everyone in the world just in too primitive stage to buy it?

oh my god. you've discovered that humans are imperfect.(including you)

what a discovery you've made!

ever ask yourself why your focus is constantly on the negative?

do you know what an ego is? certainly you've heard of it? and that your whole purpose is to puff yourself up by putting others down? I hope it's worth it. One perfect being (You) in the universe.

good thing you don't need to be perfect since you're not a "public figure"

While I'm here, here is the FoodSaver accessory I use to keep bottles of olive oil fresher once they've been opened ...
