Farmers Markets

I can ususally taste the difference, but how can I be 100% sure? Also most of the farmers when asked if their produce is organic, say yes! Do I just take their word for it? What do you think? Re: Farmers Markets

-Eating healthy is not synonymous with Organic and eating organic food is not a rite of passage! LOL. You never really KNOW about how your produce was grown unless you grow it yourself! Ha! ha! -You can only do what you can do. If eating organic is a priority, you ask the farmers - yes. Unless you are willing and able to ask them to tour their farm...you WON'T know....and just have to judge by the quality / taste of the produce...and the assurances of the farmer and their reputation (if any). -What do you think? -David Z.
