Date: March 14, 2016 07:18PM I ate pichu berries for the first time this weekend.
THey look like small yellow tomatillos. They have a slight fruity sweetness. [www.pichuberry.com] They are also known as Incan golden berries: [renegadehealth.com] In a dried state, they taste more like a fruit than a veggie. In a fresh state, they are somewhere in between. Date: March 14, 2016 07:30PM I LOVE those! I get them dried from Earth Shift Products (Robert Cassar).
I also grind a T. of them up with a T. of erythritol, and a few saffron threads and put them in my mother's oatmeal in rotation with other dried things, like goji berries every morning. Her favorite day is the goldenberry/pichu day. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
