and because after reading the article, it doesn't change anything for me personally. and because statements like this "evidence from the 1950s that sugar was also linked to heart disease" is yet another meaningless statement from nutrition research that means nothing. drawing conclusions from isolated items is not very meaningful whether fat or sugar or calcium, as it's very hard to isolate effects diet imo for the most part is a matter of choosing proper whole foods suitable for the organism based upon acquisition and digestion efficiency, not trying to analyze isolated aspects and formulating a diet from that. Date: September 18, 2016 09:27PM All righty. The fat-is-great paleo promoters don't tell you that A. not everyone is suited to a high-fat diet; and B. no one can tolerate a high-fat, low-carb regimen year after year in any case. We crave both. For me, lower-fat is easier than lower-carb.
