Date: December 13, 2016 08:19PM How well are powders assimilated?
How would we know? Isn't there damage during processing or are they truly cold processed? Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

Probably fairly well considering they're broken down so well. A lot of studies that show beneficial effects of certain herbs/fruits are performed using powders or caps with powder in them. Personally I can feel the effects... but powders are only one method of consumption. There are also tinctures, pills, etc. Even the simple strawberry! Date: December 13, 2016 11:07PM Studies are very unreliable. They draw unwarranted conclusions.
Did the 4 servings of strawberries reduce some other food? If so , how do you know the benefits were not caused by the reduction of a deleterious food item? And it's very difficult to know whether there is a negative effect from powders as it is not tested for Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

Why would there be a negative effect from the natural constituents found in non-toxic herbs and fruits? The powder is literally just the food it was created from. www.phytopanacea.com Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

depends on how it's processed Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

Humanity started from a tropical or warm climate. It was the discovery of fire and other technologies that let humans to move to colder areas of the globe. The same technology can be used to grow food indoor. So I would not have lived in Wisconsin 2000 years ago if I did not have the technology to keep warm. We cannot live on Mars yet, on the Moon yet, so the question of how to solve the food problem there does not exist yet. Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

Where are you getting a consistent supply of micro-green seeds in Africa? Anyways, I don't see how it's relevant and humans have always been omnivores. So if what you're saying is that our diet thousands of years ago is an example of what our diet should be today, then you should be eating insects and hunting, no? www.phytopanacea.com Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

this is a generalization and it doesn't support your statement that one should eat insects [indebo.com] Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

I never said one should eat insects, my question was for RawPracticalist based on this comment: "Before all these minerals were identified by scientists how was humanity surviving?" www.phytopanacea.com Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

Which means that fire allows to eat non edible things like aquatic or terrestrial fauna. Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

What's your point? The fact is that their diet still contained animals and wasn't entirely plant-based. Besides, you don't need fire to eat meat or fish. www.phytopanacea.com Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

THIS IS THE POINT: ====> This is a vegetal diet, which contradicts the ideas of a meat diet (Paleo diet) promoted by the books sold in Amazon. They were not hunters as picking a vegetable does not count as huntings. [www.pnas.org]

What's your point about fire? You don't need it to eat meat or fish. The Paleo diet includes fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds along with meat... Just like this Acheulian diet. www.phytopanacea.com Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap

This seems to be a recurring pattern in your discussions. Hope it is a learning phase 1 Panchito places a scientific link with the title "Secrets of the paleo diet: Discovery reveals plant-based menu of prehistoric man" 2 jtprindl starts making "questions" and Panchito answers 3 jtprindl tells Panchito "I think you have a personality disorder" Re: Dr Robert Cassar 7 year gap
