Does anyone have a vacuum blender?

Date: July 08, 2017 09:19PM I saw one of John Kohler's videos called $20 Nutribullet Hack Gets You 3x More Nutrients From Your Recipes. I did my own version of this hack, which works pretty well. The only issue with my hack is that I am using a cheap $20 blender, so it doesn't blend as well as my Blendtec. It's also a lot more work if you have a manual pump, so making a smoothie takes more time.
This time of year I don't make many smoothies, but in the winter, when the fruit is scarce, I will be making more of them. Also, now I have the Foodsaver Freshsaver and the mason jar attachment (under $30 for these 2 items at Amazon), that allows me to create vacuum in mason jars for my smoothie storage, so no more discoloration of my smoothies when I need to make my smoothies in advance. Great idea. I will try it. I don't like to put my fruit smoothies in the freezer though but keeping the jar in the fridge for longer time will help. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 07/09/2017 07:46AM by RawPracticalist. Re: Does anyone have a vacuum blender?
