If you want more energy, you can either eat more food or boost the conversion of food to energy. To help boost the conversion, you would need foods like the following:

B1 = sunflower seeds, flax seeds
B2 = green leafy vegetables, almonds
B3 = sunflower seeds, avocado
B5 = sunflower seeds, avocado
B6 = sunflower seeds, bananas, avocado
Folic Acid = green leafy vegetables, citrus
Choline = spinach, grapefruit
Biotin = almond milk
Alpha lipoic acid = spinach, tomatoes, grapefruit

The ideal way is to sprout your food and eat some ferments, because those foods are highest in vitamins. I have proven this many times before. Namely, having sprouted green drinks and fermented sunflower seeds as a foundation.
